Snuggle Sense provides aromatherapy-weighted blankets designed for relaxation and comfort. These products are not medical devices and should not replace professional healthcare advice.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our website, and all prices are listed in USD.

  • Payments must be completed at checkout via our secure payment system.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be affected by factors outside our control.

  • Snuggle Sense is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Custom Orders" are not eligible for returns.

5. Product Usage & Safety

  • Snuggle Sense products are intended for relaxation and comfort only and are NOT a substitute for medical treatment.

  • Weighted blankets should NOT be used on infants or individuals who cannot remove them independently.

  • If you have health conditions (such as respiratory issues, circulation disorders, or mobility impairments), consult your doctor before use.

  • Aromatherapy sachets contain natural plant-based ingredients—check for allergies before use.

6. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

  • We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or modifications made by the customer.

  • Snuggle Sense is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse, or injuries resulting from product use.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this website—including text, images, product designs, and branding—is owned by Snuggle Sense and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
